Sodium Chloride (0.74% w/v)

This is a spray with slightly more concentration of saline solution as compared to regular nasal spray solution. Sodium chloride at 0.74% is much better in relieving severe cases of congestion. This 0.74% is slightly more than the 0.65% standard nasal spray solution. It can clear the mucus and clear the nasal passages in a much better way as compared to the 0.65% concentration.

Benzalkonium Chloride
